Subtle, engagingly played and shrewdly observed romantic drama in which the death of a mini-bus driver (Louis Koo) in a traffic collision forces his fiancee Sui (Cecilia Cheung) into taking on his job in order to support the child she has from a previous marriage. Spectacularly ill-suited at coping with both driving and life in general Sui is shown the ropes by fellow driver Dai (Lau Ching-wan) and as the pair grow closer the possibility of a new life for Sui beckons. But the affable and unfailingly helpful Dai – who lives alone in a family sized apartment – has his own personal tragedy to deal with and the question becomes whether both are willing or even able to let go the memories of their loved ones so they can move on together.
